Privacy policy

• Account details: your name and email address, and your partner's and guests' names and email addresses when you invite them.
• Your contract: intake answers, Mahr figures, conditions, and the locked terms.
• Ceremony records: attendance, consent and signing steps with timestamps and IP addresses, and the recording when a ceremony is recorded.
• A shipping address, if you order a keepsake.

During intake, neither party can see the other's unfinalized Mahr figures or private conditions. Both of you see the agreed terms once mediation is complete.

The public verification page (/verify/[hash]) shows the couple's names, the date, the madhab, the contract hash, and any mosque endorsement. Private terms are not shown there.

The guest ceremony page (/g/[slug]) shows names, the date, the madhab, and the ceremony video only if the couple has allowed playback. Intake answers and financial terms are not shown there.

Audio and video from the ceremony room are streamed live to the people in the room. When a ceremony is recorded, the recording is stored and opened through time-limited links. You choose whether guests may play it back.

• Stripe processes payments. We do not store card numbers.
• LiveKit carries the live video and audio of the ceremony room.
• Resend sends our email.
• Prodigi prints and ships keepsakes, using the shipping address you give us.
• Where the app offers AI-written help, the text you ask about is sent to the AI provider to produce the answer.

We do not sell personal data.
